Our founder, Dave Counts, started PNM in 1976 and has been a CNC industry leader for nearly 50 years. Mr. Counts, through PNM and as a mobility industry executive, has been the most recognized CNC machining partner for several of the world’s leading wheelchair companies. Mr. Counts was Vice President of Advanced Development and an Executive committee member for an industry-leading wheelchair manufacturer up until it was acquired by an international medical device company. During this time, Dave was directly involved and responsible for new product development and continued in that capacity until he founded Scott Rehab and expanded PNM Company which today is the leading industry supplier of CNC machined components serving nearly all of the major mobility brands. During this time Mr. Counts served as a member of the ANSI/RESNA Wheelchair Standard Committee and the ISO Wheelchair Standard Committee (ISO 7176).
Throughout the years, PNM established a reputation by producing high quality machined parts at exceptional prices. This reputation continues today and has expanded from Medical products to automotive, transportation, electronics, and consumer products to name just a few.
